Kaitie's Beginner Series Bass Method offers a good introduction to those who wish to learn how to play the bass guitar. There are easy to understand illustrations on basic music theory and essential techniques to start playing the bass correctly. I think the book is laid out very nicely with enough challenge to keep a student interested. From tuning the guitar to ear training and exercises for practicing the lessons, this book has a lot of information in it that will help potential bass players start off on the right foot.
